Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us via email: info@ikaat.com. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

I have given a wrong delivery address!

Accidentally passed a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Cancel your order?

Are you late to cancel and your order has already been sent? Then you can refuse the package at delivery. If you have already paid for your order, we will fully refund the full purchase amount, after good receipt of the return shipment. You can of course also use this amount for a new order. In that case our Customer Service can create a credit invoice for you. The shipping costs will also be refunded from us (only if you refuse the order at the door and leave it unopened by the delivery person).

Product (s) broken?

We always do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products and to package and send them properly. If you have nevertheless received broken or damaged products, we will use a “not good, money back” guarantee. You will then receive the full purchase amount including shipping costs. Please contact our customer service directly.

Unsatisfied? Then you can return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to IKAAT Design. To exercise this right, please take the following steps.

  1. Cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt by filling in the return form and send this to info@ikaat.com
  2. Return the product to IKAAT Design, including the printed return-form
  3. After we received the products, we send you a credit note and within 2-3 days you receive the refunds

If the goods are used, damaged, incomplete or not been send back with the original items then IKAAT is not obliged to take back the item.

Our conditions for a return shipment

  • All products must be unused, complete, clean and undamaged in order to qualify for a return shipment
  • We prefer to receive the product you want to return as much as possible in the original, undamaged packaging
  • Make sure you pack fragile products well: we can not be held responsible for the return shipment and the condition in which we receive the products
  • Frank your return shipment sufficiently. Unfortunately we can not accept unstamped items

Cost of a return shipment

If you use the cooling-off period, you pay the costs you incurred to return the package to us. ikaat.com pays these costs for a return shipment of broken or damaged products.
